stability ball stretch

Just commenting on how much I love this one! To be honest I hate stretching...don't ask why but I love this whole dvd! I have been doing the Cathe workouts (high step cicuit and a few intense for the upper and lower body) as well as P90x which is also intense. After those workouts (I don't do them together though) your muscles ache or would ache the next day. But I finish off by doing one of the stability ball stretchs and boy does that feel great! So far, I haven't felt any muscle ache the next day and again it feels so good. Just a share.
