Stability Ball questions

Hi;

Which Cathe workouts use the stability ball? And are there any other stability ball workouts that you would recommend? I'd really like to give the ball a try.

I have PUB and KPC and both have great ab work on the ball. They are both short (probably 6-9 minutes), but I can really feel my core working. I know she has other videos with stability ball work, but I have only tried the two I mentioned.
 
I'll see if I can remember some of them too. PLB uses the ball for floor leg work which is a great workout. I think it's Supersets that uses the ball also for some of the exercises.....:)...Carole
