Stability ball help

Hi to all. I purchased a great set today at Target complete with ball, 3 DVDs, weights, cord, and step. My problem is I can't for the life of me get the ball blown up! Is there a trick to doing it? Any help is appreciated.

Oh my lord, I feel like an idiot! I realized the darn thing had a plug in it that needed to be removed! So embarrassed right now...

Not Cathe, of course, but just to let you know that my SB came w/ a hand pump. If your set didn't include one, they can be purchased separately at Walmart and probably Target, too.
