I don't have a stability ball. I don't have enough space in my home for more equipment so I would prefer not to buy one. In the new Body Blast Push & Pull, I have read that it uses the stabilit ball a lot. Will there be modifications for those without? If not, I would prefer to change my order.
I am looking for a more heavy weight workout like MIS and my first impression from reading Cathe's post is that this will be a 60 minute total heavy weight work out. Cathe's recent post says it's only 45 mins and lots of use with stability ball.
