Has anyone tried: Amazing Ball Choreography by Paul Garau or
Havin a Ball w/ Resist A Ball by Morris and Murphy?

I have had chronic paain in my hips and butt from years of high impact activity. For some time I have to do super low impact workouts. Obviously, I want something low impact that still gets my hear rate up. I am advanced. I have seen these videos advertised, and they look like they might be what I neeed.

Thanks so much,

Desperate to get some cardio.

Hi Kathy,

I don't have the exact workouts you mentioned but I do have Stephanie Morris' "Step Up to Ball" by Resist-a-Ball. You can read my review here:

Have you posted this question over at VideoFitness? I think you'll get a lot of helpful answers.

The only other workout I've found to be mod-high intensity but low/no impact is FitPrime's Steamin' Cardio. http://www.videofitness.com/reviews/fitprime-sc.php

I think Karen Voight has an older hi-lo workout that is low-impact. VFers will be able to tell you more.

Good luck, baby those joints so you will be active always!

Hi,

Thank you for the advice. Sadly, the plyos in Steamin Cardio are too much. I will look and Karen's video. Thanks for directing me to the forum. I did find a good thread with positive reviews for the Amazing Ball Cardio video.

Thanks again,

Kathy
