I was doing great with this workout this morning until it got to the section where Cathe starts doing the various roll ins using the ball. I can do the straight in and outs and even the two legged pike but those side to sides were killer. I thought my abs were pretty strong but I was rolling all over the place!! She did make me feel better after that set when she said no matter how well you performed the exercises you were still working the abs. I'm sure my abs need some work but does anyone think the inflation of the ball makes a difference? Would less or more air help?
