Stability Ball Abs...Rollin', Rollin', Rollin'

I was doing great with this workout this morning until it got to the section where Cathe starts doing the various roll ins using the ball. I can do the straight in and outs and even the two legged pike but those side to sides were killer. I thought my abs were pretty strong but I was rolling all over the place:)!! She did make me feel better after that set when she said no matter how well you performed the exercises you were still working the abs. I'm sure my abs need some work but does anyone think the inflation of the ball makes a difference? Would less or more air help?

So funny! I did the ad routine this morning too! I did ok, well, except for the pike thingie, and then Cathe decided to start the one leg to the side bit! Let me just say, it was not pretty!
!! Denise !!

After the pikes, I just sat and watched after falling off the ball. I'll try another ab workout. Yikes!

I believe that if your ball has less air it makes the movement easier

Not for me! I've been needing to add air to mine for a while and I really struggled with those. I, too, was rolling all over the place.

I've now done the routine three times and I did a little better the last time so there may be a slight learning curve to these moves.
