Stability Ball Ab Exercises

Hi Cathe!

I was wondering if you have any more ideas for stability ball exercises for the abs. I love the moves in the intensity series and would like to incorporate more into my workout routine. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Do you recommend a book for advanced stability ball moves? Thanks!!

I'm not Cathe, but ...

"Pilates on the Ball" is a wonderful book for additional stability ball exercises. I find the photos and descriptions very clear, plus the book shows many modifications on how to work up to the harder exercises (e.g. the pike).
 
Thanks Gretchen! I plan on buying Pilates on the Ball soon. Variety, IMO, is the key to keeping my abs strong. Regular crunches are great, but not on a regular basis. After a while my abs catch on and decide to not work as hard no matter how hard I concentrate on the movement.
