squeeze rotation

has anyone done a rotation based on only cardio and the sqeeze workouts? if so, what did it look like and what were your results. I was thinking of splitting the squeeze workouts into upper and lower body and tagging on cardio after so it would be like this:
monday: upper body squeeze followed by 45 min cardio
tuesday: lower body squeeze followed by 45 min cardio
wednesday: either all cardio or a yoga workout and then cardio
thursday: same as monday
firday: same as tuesday
saturday: optional cardio or yoga workout
sunday: rest

I have the squeeze workouts, but haven't really started them since I started doing Cathe workouts a couple of weeks ago. It's really hard pibking and choosing since I love to do the Cathe workouts.
 
I've never done a squeeze rotation, but I do have squeeze stronger, and I like it, but I have odd mixed feelings about it. While I'm doing it, it feels like it's really working me hard, and I think "I ought to do this more often" but then the next day I have absolutely no DOMs and I wonder if it was a waste of time. I really don't know! I'd be very curious about your results if you do a rotation like this.

I feel this way too. I did the upper part this morning and my shoulders, biceps, and triceps were on fire but i'm not sure if it was a waste of time when i could have just lifted with traditional moves for those muscles.
 
I have done first squeeze workout yesterday (the original squeeze) I was crying from pain during the excercizes. Today barely any DOMS (just slightly in triceps) I am really curious to find out if anyone has god results with squeeze. I read that squeeze stronger is more intense. I also don't want to waist time on these if I can get beter results w/Cathe.
 
From the before/afters on Tracy's website, the workouts might tone you up, but I don't see any afters with muscles like Tracy herself has.
 
Squeeze rotation...............

I did a squeeze rotation earlier this year. While I liked doing the workouts (I did 3 per week and cycling 3 days per week.) I was bitterly disappointed. My butt became flabby!!! I couldn't believe it! Tracy has some awesome moves especially in SS, but as soon as I saw my butt going south I pulled Cathe back out. In two months my butt was back to no more droopiness. Squeeze is a nice change of pace, but from now on, I'll mix it in with a Cathe rotation for an "easy day" workout. Never again as a stand alone rotation.
