Yesterday I got my Insanity in - Cardio Power Resistance and today's wo is Plyo Cardio Circuit then next week is recovery week so I plan on weights all week. Eats went down the drain yesterday! I knew I should have hid those darn Halloween candy I bought from Sam's club. I had 2 mini Reese's pb cups, a mini Heath bar, and a Laffy Taffy. Oh and a mini KitKat. Given they were tiny, tiny but I can't believe I kept feeding my face candy. Oh and I had some sponge cake thing that wasn't even that good. Horrible, horrible, horrible eating day. I was sure rocking that Insanity wo though with all that SUGAR in me, lol! Seriously I was jumping higher than ever. Anyway, today bfast is kashi cereal. Snack is hb egg and either granola or raw nuts. Lunch is leftover pesto pasta I think or a veggie sandwich. Trying to low carb or whole grain carb it but we'll see. Dinner will be something clean just not sure what.
