I was watching the biggest loser and a few of them made a tape of the food that they ate all day. They lied like a cheap rug. The trainer was so mad at them. I laughed and laughed. At one point I think 4 of them was sharing an orange for a snack. :D. I guess that is the way a real food journal looks...like a bunch of lies. The trainer was mad because they weren't taking in enough calories for the type of w/o they do.

I need to be truthful in my food journal:confused:

I have cardio hits and besides the thongs it's a fun intermediate step workout. No new steps and Cathe looks like she is 12 ;). Do you have CTX?
 
hi guys. finn and i just did some ab work and stretching - better than a nap i guess:)

kate, couldn't pull up that recipe, but i bet it is fabulous. what is a dutch oven? i am thinking of getting cathes resitance bands, but they are like 20$??? seems kinda high to me.... what do you think?

lisa, being outside is so theraputic. pushing baby and hills=major cardio! no, i did not do cloth. love the idea, but my execution would be impossible. what i really need to do is potty train my almost 3 yo:eek:

swhy is it that when 1 is awake, the other sleeps? aidan is having a marathon nap and i want to go play! bbl
 
Kate - That recipe looks really kid friendly and easy to make! Believe it or not I own a springform pan and I'm so not a baking person. Which "classics" were you thinking of? I have the original IMAX and MIC and have to laugh at the hairstyles and outfits, but love the workouts.

Robin - LOL about the food journal on Biggest Loser. I actually like watching that show when I have time. It's easy to "forget" what you ate if you don't write it down right away. I know I had to write it down immediately or I easily forget which defeats the purpose of the journal.
I remember going to aerobics class way back when and the ladies wore that thong thing. So funny now!

In the midst of doing the checking then off to eat breakfast. Special K with a banana. Better get moving before it hits 9am!

Morris - We must have been posting at the same time! When I had my first two, I hated when they napped at different times! I got them "trained" in a couple mos to nap together. Didn't always work, but it was nice when they did. Regarding the resistance bands, I know my DH bought some over the internet for cheaper, but I find that I like to "feel" the bands because one company's idea of "medium" is different from anothers, kwim?

I think I have 3 springforms - all different sizes:eek::eek::eek::eek: I need a MONSTER kitchen!!!! Half my stuff is stored in our basement mini-kitchen.

Went to the farm market and was nice mommy and picked up G at school.
Made them some popcorn and doing some pick up around the house. \CYA!
 
Kate - You deserve all that kitchen stuff being you cook and bake so much for your family!

Eugh...took me forever to balance my checking so couldn't get my walk in because after that it was time to feed the baby! Oh well, my two kids are now forced to take that hilly walk with me this afternoon. I think they should since I'll be walking over to get their football/cheerleading apps and deposit in. Should be a nice 3+ mile walk, half being all uphills!!
