Workout is done! I did the Cardio Core Circuit Express premix-only do the rounds once through. I don't think I could've done them back to back! I loved it-her choreography is so easy to follow although it was tough to do all the push ups after yesterday's workout! Can't wait to try the rest

hi ladies - just back from a busy day and i read quickly through all the chat from today. y'all were busy here! went to power class and i did keep my weight at the recent upped level, see how i feel tomorrow. but i stretched my back and hams really well. ended up with takeout tonight but from a healthy-ish asian place... shrimp/mango/veg stirfry with brown rice. i dont feel gross/super full like i do when i eat bad stuff so i think it was clean enough. normally i get the thai salad from there but i wanted something hot. will try to bb after JJs in bed for personals!

good night chatty ladies - fun day here, but finn got sick when i was out he was better by bedtime i did mma boxing this afternoon - no pain to leg. cannot wait to go to dr tomorrow - i miss running so much. eats were 95%. see you all in the am
