You recently posted that your TV workouts are different from the DVDs. How so? and Oh My God! How can they be harder??!!!
Also, sometimes you tell us that we can take any stance that we want to when doing squats. What is the difference between shoulder width and any other stance? Do different positions use different muscles, or different parts of the muscle?
