Hi Cathe! You definitely should ask FitTV to give you another all Cathe day like they did in May! I loved seeing all that you had to offer and became even more hooked!

You recently posted that your TV workouts are different from the DVDs. How so? and Oh My God! How can they be harder??!!! :)

Also, sometimes you tell us that we can take any stance that we want to when doing squats. What is the difference between shoulder width and any other stance? Do different positions use different muscles, or different parts of the muscle?

Thank you for motivating me each day to get up and do something for myself! Jenn
 
Obviously not Cathe, but here's what I've heard. Anyone please correct me if I'm wrong.

Stance with your feet close together you feel it more in the butt.
Stance with your feet farther apart and pointed outward puts the work more in your inner thighs.
 
I can answer the TV workout VS. DVD question...

The TV show is one hour, with 14-17 minutes for commericials. So you're getting about 45 minutes of the workout. Most of Cathe's workouts are 55 to 70 minutes long so when you get the DVD, you just get more. And by now, you know what Cathe can pack into 15 minutes!!! And that's why the DVD's are harder.
