Sprint 8.. anyone ever do this?

I thought I would try the Sprint 8 cardio from Ready, Set, Go ! by Phil Campbell as my cardio.. It was pretty good, at the 8th sprint section my HR was at 165!

Has anyone done his program?
 
I just got the book and haven't gotten to the Sprint 8 part yet. I know Author (Karen Kay) has read it and recommended the book to others. Maybe she will chime in.
