Hi again ladies,
Nice to hear about your weekend.
Suzanne, welcome to the forum and this thread. I'm glad to know that Cathe's workouts have helped you get fit again after your surgery. The thing I like about Cathe's workouts, especially strength training, is that they are versatile. If your fitness level goes down a bit, you can always work up to what she's doing. And if you're lifting heavier or working harder than she is, even better.
Sabine, I'm getting excited for you! Even if you have a hotdog (or two) I know you'll look great in a bikini on one of those white sand Hawaiian beaches. I am getting homesick thinking of the sea.
Lisa, I'm glad to know you're feeling better and slowly getting back to working out. I hope Michael's better as well.
Lori, don't be too impressed. It's just that alcohol makes me doze off, but only for a few hours. My sleep is actually not as deep when I have drunk alcohol than when I'm "sober"
but then again, sleeping well has always been a challenge for me.
ShyWolf, you're gonna have surgery? Goodness... is it okay to ask why? I caved in this weekend and ordered those new DVD's. I figure that with my bad knees, I can use easier step routines. That advanced workout's got me scared though.
I got a free hour this afternoon and did PS chest and back only. Could've been last night's alcohol and this morning's cardio, but I didn't do too well. There were sets when I had to lower.
Hope you all had a great long weekend. See you guys tomorrow.
Pinky
