Slept REALLY well last night, and I'm prepared for something tough today. I'd like to do a full-body workout in an hour, so it's a toss-up between KPC and ME. I'll decide later.
Eating my grains early in the day (slow-cooking oatmeal, whole wheat bread) and eating only vegetables with lean meat for dinner seems to be the best thing for me, diet-wise. I haven't been doing as much cardio as I'd like because I want to protect my knees, but the tape measure told me my waist is back to where it should be.
I haven't stepped on the scale since I arrived. I don't think it matters since I was the same weight then as before I left. It also keeps the obssession away.
