Not sure if I know how to phrase this. I would love a video that showed warmup stretches and cool down stretches for specific activities.
ie: If I was going to go for a run, I would find the chapter run warmups- do these with Cathe and then go for my run. When I was done, I would come home and chapter run cool down and do these stretches with Cathe. There could be stretches for biking and spinning and swimming etc.
I know how important it is to stretch and am always so confused when it comes to this. I hope you understand what I am trying to convey.
