Splitting up cardio?

Today on my rotation I'm suppose to do Cardio & Weights step only, and then all step cardio only and then step blast #1 premix. Which is about 90-95 min. If I am short on time would it hurt to split these up during the day? Or is it better to do it all at once? Thank you for any suggestions! Lori
 
It's my understanding from some coaches who train others that cardio is cumulative and doesn't need to be done all at once. You could do 30-45 minutes in the morning and 30-45 minutes later in the day.
