splitting leg workout up

Cathlete
Hi ladies, i wanted to know who splits cathe's leg workouts into standing work and floor work? And if you do, what changes did you notice doing this? I was thinking about doing this so i have time to tack on some cardio afterwards but i wanted to hear your opinions on it.

I've done it. It didn't prove to have any better or worse results then doing the work out all in one day. I did it because I was being a weenie and decided to use floorwork and an additional leg work out for the week!:p

I split them up ....do floor first....do as produced. I think the changes are good for your body... Doing as produced certainly has its benefits but so does shocking your muscles. I do many leg workouts in reverse order from time to time just so the last exercises that usually get less intensity because of muscle fatigue are hit "harder" by doing them first. I actually have been doing my legs this way (mixing it all up) for about 6 weeks and have lost 1.75" in my thighs.... I dont have alot to lose so I think those are great results. The "cuts" are now all visible vs just the cuts I normally see...Hamstrings are more defined as are the outer quads.

I stopped doing floorwork a long time ago and didn't notice and change in my results.
