Spirutein Question

Forgive me if this is a completely dumb question - I just purchased the Spirutein protein suppliment powder. Directions say mix 1 scoop (32g- included in can) with 8 oz milk (or whichever).

Here's the question - the scoop has this line on it about 1/3 up, without any label or anything. Now is a scoop up to this line, or is it up to the top of the scooper? It's a pretty significant difference of powder between the two. But the line is vague enough it may be nothing. This morning I used to the top of the scoop since it didn't say anything about a line - and figured I could get the answers from my extremely knowledgable workout friends here. Any advice?

Also, for anyone interested, I found the shake (I had vanilla) very good! Extremely filling - feels like more then I usually eat for breakfast!
 
I never really noticed that line! I use the whole scoop myself....and I agree, the vanilla is very good....:)...Carole
 
I don't every worry about it, I just scoop with a spoon until I have "enough". This is usually less than the scoop would provide, then I sometimes add other stuff like ground flaxseed or wheat germ.
 
I do the same thing. I also like to mix it with fruit juice sometimes - it mades it totally different. A couple of fresh or frozen blueberries in there also makes it look a little less GREEN if you don't drink it right away!

I thought I was the only one who drank this stuff!
