I have become interested in spirulina and the benefits. Has anyone taken this? If so, how much, what form and what benefits/side effects have you noticed.
From my research, I would like tablets over powder (due to algae/fishy taste), want organic and want 100% pure tablets with zero fillers. I read that even the tablets can have a fishy taste - is there a recommended brand with little to no fish taste? I get seriously nauseated by fish smell and cannot have it even cooking in the house while I am home. I have also read that depending on where the spirulina is grown, it can have a pig-farm smell (India was mentioned). I am sure this would also make me nauseated.
I wish they made a capsule form, as that would help prevent the smell/taste. Any guidance would be appreciated.
