Spinning

So took my first official spinning class this am, cheated a lot at the NJ RT last year, and I think I may have an issue with walking tomorrow! I was going to do LIS Tri-set lower body tomorrow but thinking I need a plan B! Lol

Trixoo, it was not as bad as I thought it would be but I will take another class and then make my decision. The instructor was great, the screen/video she showed was all outdoor roads so that was cool. But then she would flip back to some zone screen, we were supposed to be in zone 3 a couple of times, got lost on that since I don't have a HR monitor---not to mention that I wear glasses for distance so I couldn't read it! Lol

Glad you enjoyed it! I've never done a spin class where the instructor uses a screen...interesting! And LOL about the glasses...I need them too and sometimes when I'm spinning at home and have my glasses on, I'll tip them up to wipe the sweat away and I'll miss some on screen instructions. I just do the best I can to figure out what I missed.
