I'd read for a long time that spinning was good for slimming your legs (which I need 'cause I'm bottom heavy), and I finally tried it when my gym got spinning bikes. In the last 2 weeks I've ridden my airdyne bike at home twice for 40 minutes to get used to just plain riding a bike, then at the gym did 3 Cardio Coach #2 (original version) workouts. The results - my skin tight jeans that I've had for 1-1/2 years and only wore twice 'cause they are so tight, slid on easily this morning! I am just flabbergasted! That's all I've done differently is the spinning, so I know that's what did it. Unbelievable! It's worth the pain of getting used to the daggoned seat! I DID get padded shorts liners and a gel seat cover.
Adding that I was NEVER interested in spinning up to this point - how glad I am that I bite the bullet and went out on a limb to try it! You never know! My Cardio Coaches and airdyne bike sat around for YEARS unused up to this point. I'm so glad I did not get rid of them!
