is there any piece of equipment you can get to make a regular 21 speed into a spinner?
Are there any spinning videos so you can do this at home if there weree equipment to get the bike up in the air?
I wanted to sell my bike but if I can get some use out of it at home,I'll do that.

I also used to teach spinning classes!!! I also have a Johhny G Spinner Pro too!! WOW!
I went to a Sarah City Fitness expo in Chicago several years ago with a friend, and we actually met Johhny G!! I have never been a person who was big on famous people, but when I met him I was like "WOW"!!! BOW TO THE MAN!!!! LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL Plus he had a cool Spinning tattoo on his leg, my friend and I were like."OHHHHHHH COOL" LOLOLOLOL.
The funny thing is we met him in an elevator, and we both took one look at him and knew exactly who he was.. and we were like.. WOW!!! It was pretty cool! He was a super nice guy and of course we had to tell him how much we LOVED spinning...
