Spinning Bike

I am seriously thinking I want one but have NO idea where to start. I attempted to search on the forum but didn't find much.

Any suggestions? My budget is about $400.

I own a Proform which I got for abt 250 at Dunham's. Not the greatest bike but does the job. Get gloves and shoes too.

I have a Spinner bike. I got my from Spinning.com. The "official" spinning bikes used by many gyms, (used in the gym on Biggest Loser if you want to see them). They have a number of styles/features and price points.

I have a V-Series by Vision Fitness. It is very quiet. I purchased it locally from a small sporting goods store. I agree, having the right shoes makes a big difference.

Did you go to the Search option above, and type in spin bikes in the Search Forums window? I know there have been quite a few discussions on this topic, but they may be over a year old. I bought mine when Cathe announced LIS.
