Spinervals?

I was just wondering which Spinerval DVD is better: Sweating Buckets or Lean and Mean? I want to buy one, can't afford both right now since I just bought a bunch of Cathe's workouts!!!
 
Dang...I don't have Sweating Buckets, but I love Lean and Mean. So though I can't give you good information on a comparison, I can tell you L&M is a good workout! :)

I have both but would have trouble picking one. Sweating buckets is older and only give gears. Lean & Mean is newer. It has the tension control (if that is important to you - I have no trouble using the conversion chart on my Revmaster), Brenda is in it, it has the music off option and it has some squats in it as well. But, sweating buckets can usually be found for less $ - especially when Nashbar has a sale. I find SB a little more fun for some reason, but Lean & Mean is my ds' absolute favorite. Thanks for the input. You did help. I think I will get lean and mean. Sounds like it's more popular. Eventually I want to get both but yah know how it goes!

Marnie, What is Nashbar? I have only been looking on the spinervals and amazon website for prices. Is it a different website?
 
Do a search on Nashbar. They sell biking supplies, including spinervals. And I just checked and they are on sale now for $19 - not lean and mean though. Nashbar, cyclefixx and darn another site I can't remember now - maybe performancebike or something like that, have sales pretty frequently. Get on their email list!:) Marnie
