SPINERVALS on sale!

It depends on the level of your fitness.

My first was the Lean and Mean, that's a good one to start. About 50 min ride with different intervals. Next was the Red Zone, and that is pretty much like the first one. My 3rd was Ride and Stride. 10 min ride w/incresing intensisty and resistance 1 min rest followed by 4 min run w/ increasing hill and speed, 2 min rest -- then start all over again for 2 more times. If I do it really hard I'm a definite toast at the end.
Yesterday I ordered Mental Toughness, Totally Time Trial and Zoot Challange. I can't wait... I just came to love spinning so much.
If you go to the original www.spinervals.com site you can get a much better and detailed descriptions and also a short preview of the workouts. I'm so excited! Hope this helps, Mari

ps, I may add to my order one af the aero base dvds for easy days.

Edited to say that none of my first dvds are on sale. If you are a beginner the Sweating buckets is a good one to start. But you'd better look it up on spinervals.com

Thank you so much for the information! I found the descriptions of the different DVD's which has generated more questions! I have a stationary Spinner (Star Trak Johnny G) - not a bike on a trainer. I am looking for more advanced type workouts. Will these Spinerval DVD's work with a standard Spinner bike? Thanks again for your help!

I have the same bike! Yes, they do. Though when he (Coach Troy the Evil) says "this and that gear" or "this and that chain" I have no idea what he is talking about since I'm not a road biker. But they have also a screen showing what effort you are supposed to use (different heart rates) and I know that very well. I always wear my hr monitor and I know my bodys different levels of exertions, so I have no problem with the "gears'.
He is very motivating. For me exact intervals are very important. I hate the "just a little more" stuff. I must know exactly how long is that little more (my runners backround). Coach Troy is that way, giving you an excellent workout in your home. The rides are harder and a lot more precise then Johnny G. Now I do JG on easy days.

Another very good one is Jay Blahnik: Precise Cycling video. Good intervals on the spinning bike.

Again, I do recommend Spinervals, I just love them. Money best spent (together with the spinning bike). I don't know if you can send them back if you don't like them, but they are always sold on ebay for a very good price. Mari
