Hi Guys ~
I am curious to hear what everyone thought about Spilt Routines vs. The Pyramid Style workouts..
I have heard pros & cons regarding each type of training. Where do you think you would have the best results? I am looking to build muscle/definition. I am an Ecto Body Type & currently following Body For Life.
I heard spilt routines might be better b/c you can lift to your max, vs Pyramid your working your entire UB and fatigue faster??
Any suggestions?
