Has anyone ranked Cathe's weight workouts in terms of difficulty based on body part/exercise? For example: squats, lunges, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps?

I tried to search and couldn't find anything. Just wondering...

I ask because I thought Power Hour had the hardest set of lunges, and then I met Muscle Endurance. :eek:
