Speaking of Spanish (see Herbal Life thread)

I've been trying to learn a little Spanish. I got the Berlitz beginning series and have learned just enough to put my foot in my mouth. Can anyone recommend another "teach yourself" series that would be more intermediate level?

I just started a Spanish course...it is called the Rosetta Stone.It is supposed to be awesome for learning Spanish.I had also tried the cds you just repeat after the person and those are way more confusing.

I second Rosetta Stone. It is what I use in my homeschool curriculum and it comes highly recommended. If you would like to know more about it let me know, and I can refer you to some links. Actually you could just do a Google search, I suppose. My curriculum source carries it, and the bonus there is that there is a message board where you can read what other real people think, not just what the vendors want to impress you with. www.sonlight.com
