Speaking of bras...

Does anyone have the problem with their underwire bra where it rides up? My bras are the right size, but they kind of slide up so the bottom of me starts coming out the bottom. I've tried making the shoulder straps looser and adjusting the hooks in the back but nothing helps.

Is there a good bra out there that doesn't do this? I have the problem with Victoria Secrets, Avon and Calvin Klein. I also don't want to wear a bra that looks like a straight jacket. I prefer them to be at least a little pretty.

I only have this problem when the straps are too short. Probably a dumb question, but have you tried making them longer?

Hi Donna,

The same thing always happens to me. I found that Bali bras are the only ones that don't do this. They aren't as nice as VS, but they don't ride up in the front.

I second the "are your bra straps too short?' This would definatly cause your bra to ride up over your boobies.

Also are you wearing your underwire correctly?

I use to just "slam dunk" my puppies in my bra any which way, and experienced the same seperation problem until I was told that a underwire bra is made to support, lift and act like a shelf for your boobies.

So you need to actually "pick" up your boob and place it in the cup so it is sitting on the shelf (underwire) part. The underwire should fit perfectly under your natural breast crease. Then the tightness of the bra straps should keep your boobs hoisted firmly whilst keeping the underwire inplace underneath.

Why thank you Miss jes

The "maturity" of some 5th graders, neeeeeeeeed bra advice, dont you think?

Were you an A student jes?

School taught me that "theres a place for everything, and everything has a place" - including my boobies

I have the same problem even when I do adjust the straps to a longer length. I definitely had already thought of that one...it's pretty obvious.:)

LOL! Absolutely!
