soy flour and tofu flour

I've never heard of "tofu flour" (and I've heard of a lot of strange foods), but soy flour is often used in high-protein/low carb foods, and added to foods like bread, etc. (since tofu is made from soy milk, which is made from soy, I don't see how it would differ much from soy flour, unless it's dried, powdered tofu. In that case, it might taste better than soy flour, which can be kind of "beany.")

What do you mean by "good"? Good tasting? soy flour usually isn't used alone, and I'm sure different brands might have a different way of processing that affects taste. I taste some years and years ago, and it tasted "beany."

If by "good," you mean goof for you, then yes, they are high in protein and contain the nutrients (phytochemicals, etc.) that soy does.
