Anyone who has done the south beach diet - can you have protein shakes during the first phase? I use spirutein whey -
cal 110
fat 1
carb 10
sugars 8
protein 14
And I would like to use it with soy milk -
cal 80
fat 0
carb 23
sugars 10
protein 6
I know the diet focuses a lot on the sugars - and this protein drink would be all together 18 g of sugars. Is that too much??
