?Sound on your DVD's

Hi Everyone,
Have you noticed any problems with the sound on your Intense Series DVD's? I've only tried out two of mine so far, PLB and Imax2 but the sound will fade in and out in places.
I tried a movie DVD, and the TV and there isn't a problem with them.
My TV and DVD player are brand new so it can't be an overuse problem.
Just wondering if it is my DVD's or if they are just made that way.

I hope I don't have to send them back. I just hate having to send things back. Especially if they are Cathe DVD's.

Did you not go to "DVD School" and learn all there is to know about DVD's!?!? Tee-Hee! Just kidding! You might want to check for smudges/ fingerprints on the back. I'm not sure if they can hinder sound, but I know they can make it skip. The directions to do this are in the "Video Forum" under the DVD School thread. You also might try posting in the "Ask Cathe" forum to SNM. (or E-mail them) Chris will help you. Good Luck and like you, I would NOT want to send them back til I got my NEW ones! ;-) Love your lil' walking smiley!!!!

I'm in DVD school but I haven't gradgiated yet. LOL
The Muscle Endurace one seems to be okay. I've yet to listen to the Terminator. But Imax2 definately has some audio problems.
I wanted to find out from you all how your DVD's were before I bothered Chris.

I don't think it's the DVD's. My tapes do it, too. It's like the sound goes from stereo to mono. Kinda aggravating. PUP is the WORST!

RE: change your audio settings

If your using a stand alone DVD palyer, not a computer, then probably just need to change your audio settings to "PCM".

Thank you so very much SNM for your help. It was the audio settings in the player that needed changed.

Two minutes after I sent the email requesting advice, I got a reply back from SNM. Is that service or what?
