sound on clips

Hi,

anyone out there having trouble getting the sound on the clips? It is happening with this site and also with You Tube...I think there is something wrong, it's not just me. If you Google "sound not working on some videos, but on others" there is a lot of posts regarding this...

I had this happen this week. I had just did a total system re-stall which included Flash Player. I was going nuts trying to figure out why youtube video would not play volume.

So after doing another flash reinstall and stalking forum my 16 year old said to look at the volume on youtube the thing was muted turned complete down on all youtube no matter what site embedded or on the actual tube site.

I've never had this happen so didn't think to look for a simple solution

Thanks for the info...how do you "un-mute" the sound on YouTube? The clips here do not have sound either...is that something linked to YouTube? Sorry for all the questions, but I am stumped! All worked fine a couple of days ago.

Well it worked! I "Googled" " how to turn the sound up on You Tube", ( not lucky enough to have a 16 year old handy LOL)....and that is what it was. How does that happen? It is also turned down on DH's laptop I imagine, as he was having the same issue. Is there someone out there in You Tube Land playing games?

Anyway, by doing that, it made the sound come back on my Cathe clips, which was waaay more important than You Tube videos!
