who’ve been on these forums for years but…
I’ve joined the forum just this past summer and for the most part, so far so good. I’ve been looking back at some earlier posts from the past 6 years!!! (I know, I know, guess who’s had some spare time on her hands lately?) As you know it’s over 300 pages so I’ve still got a long way to go.
It’s quite the Cathe–nation! In earlier posts, I’ve noticed Cathe more often mentioned funny little anecdotes about her husband, kids, family background. Jeez, she even answered posts about her regular visits from ‘Aunt Flo!’ I LOVE her openness! Talk about a kindred spirit…
Most memorable for me were reading (for the very first time) about
1. news about expecting her second baby
2. her (and everyone else’s) reaction to 9/11
3. the Cathe Christmas family pix (hope she’s in the one for this year)
4. the ‘Cathe has baby!’ post for Kyle
5. the 21 suggestions for logos on the Cathe t-shirt (Cathe: damn! Is she crazy or what?) what a scream
6. The Art Carey Philadelphia interview in ’03
7. her dog passing away (sniff)
8. The WSJ article describing Cathe as a ‘petite-yet-thewy-weightlifter’ and a ‘veritable Gidget with abs’
Anyway (what a long intro to a simple question, eh?) has this forum been going on before 2000? Have any of you been there since the very first time Cathe.com was up and running?
