I did LL yesterday morning using my heaviest weight yet , just finishing off my 4th week of a CTX rotation.
I felt fine during the workout. By bedtime I was feeling a bit sore. I kinda knew it wasn't good. Well this morning I can hardly walk.
I was so excited about starting a new rotation for March too;(
If anyone has some advice/suggestions on how I should/could treat this injury to get back on track ASAP I'd really appreciate it.
