Sore Forearms

I have had very sore forearms for couple weeks.. probably from overtraining with S & H.. It hurts the most when I do Hammer Curl and when I put the barbell over my head to do lunges.
I must not be doing something right.. I took a week off and droped my wt but I think some of my problem is form.
Any suggestions...

Hi Lorene,

First thing that came to my mind as I read your post was your wrists - are you keeping them straight when you do the movement? Especially when you are using dumbbells, it's easy to bend the wrists when the weight is heavy and I find that my forearms tire quickly if I'm doing this inadvertantly. Just a thought! I'm sure others will chime in as well.
