Sore and bloated after exercise

I'm hoping someone out there can help me. My son is four months old and I have been working out since he was four weeks old. My problem is after I do any type of strenuous exercise such as power walking or running, I get sore , crampy and bloated . I'm wondering if I just havn't healed completely. I have taken a week here and there off from exercising and recently started doing more weights since they don't bother me. I'm really frustrated because once I do anything high intensity I feel horrible again. My midwives examined me twice,but found nothing so they sent me for an ultasound thinking that it might be my IUD ,but everything came out fine. If anyone has had any experience similar to this I would love to hear your story . Any help would be appreciated.
 
too much too soon?

My baby is 5 months old. My recovery went well so I really wanted to get back into exercising ASAP. But when I upped the intendity my body just ached, especially around the pelvic region. I kept it down a notch and it wasn;t until the 8 -10 week mark where I stopped aching.
Just keep it easy for awhile!
