I've posted this before but it's stressing me out again today (I'm slightly high-strung.....).
I am nowhere near having all of Cathe's dvds yet I find myself incredibly overwhelmed with all the workouts I own. I can't seem to figure out how to utilize them all, while making sure I train all my muscles evenly (and hard) and get all the cardio in that I need. I just realized today that I haven't done some of the dvd's that I own in a long time. I just got BBC about 2 weeks ago and have been experimenting with that and the new 4DS. I haven't been doing a lot of high impact cardio lately due to my knees and the plain 'ole dread factor. I've been dreading doing tough interval cardio lately. I've done it for years and have literally made myself sick working out so hard. I don't want to do that right now. But I don't want any of my dvd's to collect anymore dust either. How do I work them all in? Any advice?
