Part of me feels really guilty, and part says "deal with it". Last week and this I've had my 3 kids every day from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to tennis lessons, swim lessons, tutoring, jobs, coached my drill team, taught an "extra" class for little girls at our local rec center, blah blah blah. The "stuff" you do when you're a mom right? No big deal. So tomorrow night I have a board of zoning appeals meeting (I'm on the board) and we have 5 matters coming before us. I need to prep for my meeting, which means I need like an hour and a half with no kids.
Asked DH (whom I ADORE -- please don't get me wrong) if I could have some time to prep, which means he watches the kiddos. He was slightly preturbed and asked me what I do all day. Soooo, little b---ch that I can be, I am going on the RT next Thursday. He'll have the kiddos, AND I've scheduled 4 service/repair calls for that day. Hmmm, wonder what he'll be doing all day.
Ok - guess I should be preparing for my meeting. Just had to vent.
