I cannot believe that I now consider Cathe's HiiT 30/30 a lighter workout. What is wrong with me?????? I remember when it first came out and I thought OMG, if I cannot get through this, how am I going to do the other 2 HiiT workouts. Now I sometimes add 1lb hand weights to up the intensity. I cannot believe how much my cardiovascular endurance has improved over the years thanks to Cathe and I'll be 40 in August. I hope it only up hill for now on!!!!
