HSTA!

Tommorrow, I am getting back on track with eating clean and working out. It's the food that's been a problem, but the workouts set the tone for my day.

I am planning on High Step Training Advanced in the early AM. any takers that want to join me? I haven't done this one in MONTHS and thought it would be a good way to kick on my fresh start.

SOMEONE JOIN ME PLEASE!

I totally would join you on this, but I just did Muscle Max today and don't want to do weights 2 days in a row. :( I could do it on Saturday though. Tomorrow is a cardio day for me, I'm thinking Step Blast. :D
 
HSTA is definitely a good workout. I actually like it better than HSC.

I'm sorry, I can't do it either because I'm doing the current May rotation...which is awesome by the way.

Good luck and if no one can join you...you do it anyway!!!

I just did this last night. Actually I did GS Bis, back, tris and I tacked on the HSTA cardio premix followed by the cardio & lower body premix. It was fun. I hadn't done it in a long time. I love the straddle taps! Since the cardio wasn't more than 40 minutes, I was surprised to have burned so many calories.

Count me in!!! I took yesterday and today off, so I need to get going again!! I will be up and at it by 4:15 tomorrow!
 
I'll be doing Muscle Max early tomorrow morning. It's a different workout but I'm right there with ya on the AM workout!

Alright, folks! How did we do this morning? I gotta tell ya...I picked a doozy of a workout to start off my renewed resolve! WOW. I haven't done this one since December and WOW! Honestly, I thought of quitting during each cardio blast. LOL! But I made it thru and LOVE IT! I even decided to add on some more weight work of my own after the stretch! FEELS GOOD!

How did everybody make out?

I did it!!! What a great workout. Just what I needed today! I feel so good I just might buy a lotto ticket today! (it is Friday the 13th, after all!!) Thanks for suggesting this. Have a great day!!!

I did it too! I had ME on my rotation today, but this was a good substitute.
I really felt a difference this time. Since using the Gym Styles I've become stronger. I finished every rep with the tricep overhead extensions while doing static lunges AND I did some one arm tricep dips (I've never been able to do those before).

I did MM this morning but it felt good to get out of bed and get it overwith in the morning! Starts off the day right!
