Thank you soooooo much for posting this. I used to be a huge fan of football many years ago but stopped following it. When I heard of this injury on the Sunday night news, tears came to my eyes and I've been trying to catch updates. My local news just reported that he didn't have movement below his eyes so I'm thrilled to have read this article. I have been sending out prayers for his recovery since Sunday. Yes, it can be a dangerous sport, like so many other things out there, but you don't sign up for paralysis. If you hear of any more updates on him, please post it as I haven't been able to find them.
