I've mentioned this system before, but for some people who dislike traditional ab work, or the intensity of Cathe's workout, here's a nice, effective, alternative. I throw it in every now and again, and it never fails to produce amazing core DOMS (I like that feeling)even at the intermediate level. The production quality is not even close to Cathe (eg he doesn't give mirror image cueing) and he can be a bit cheesy. But it really can work your abs, core and back in a very refreshing way. Also, the workouts are short, similar to Cathe's core workouts, about 20 minutes. FYI.
