Hi there,
I just wanted to mention that my husband got us some software to record our workouts, and he's following his diet on it as well. It's called MySport Training and its pretty cool. It allows you to enter all your own workouts, weights, times, etc. It even allows you to enter heartrate info, etc. If you have a polar heart rate monitor you can even download the info into this software. Pretty cool!
Just thought I'd mention it in case anyone was looking around at different options. I had purchased some bodyfit software that someone was talking about here, but didn't really care for it. This software has a lot of options and they are currently beta testing a whole bunch more features for a future release.
If anyone wants to check it out, they can look at it (and even download a 15 day trial version to play with) at www.mysporttraining.com
Also, if you happen to have a pocketpc - you can get a version for the pocketpc that synchs with the software.
