Where do you fit it into your workout schedule? Is it an "add-on" after a cardio workout, or is it just a stand-alone work out? What should I be doing?

It depends on your goals and how much time you have to workout. I have been using it as a leg day. You could do cardio on the same day, it's up to you. Hope this helps.

Hi:

For me, I do cardio on my B & G day. However, I will do a split where I'll do my cardio in the AM and B & G in the PM. Or, I'll do a moderately easy on the legs workout... CTX Kickbox, or the first part of KPC. I like those 2 bec. you aren't using your legs as much as you would in a step workout for example.

Also, if I am not doing the am/pm split, I'll do the cardio first then B and G so I'm a bit more warmed up.
( Different than what I do for my upper body as that I always lift before cardio on those days.)

Take care, Lynn M.

I classify it as cardio because my heart rate really gets up there.

My legs would be jell-o if I did B&G and cardio on the same day! Like Cindi my heart rate really gets up there too so I consider it to be enough of a workout on it's own (more than enough actually!) Do whatever your body is able to handle.
