is really cursing her (good naturedly of course) when smiling during the workouts. They never break those happy or very even tempered faces...kudos. I thought of that while doing Gauntlet this morning. You just can't be that happy when your legs are about to ooze into a puddle on the floor, say after, L&G? I know I'm always TALKIN' to Cathe when I'm on fire!

Maybe during the weight stuff, but honestly, I smile when I'm doing step workouts because I'm having so much fun. You can shoot me now if you like:)

'Spose they feel obligated to smile just to encourage those of us suffering at home? I used to curse the ladies in The Firm workouts for all that damn smiling. I just wanted to scream STOP IT!!!!! I'm working here!!! x(

I always laugh when I think about how rediculous I would look if I were part of Cathe's crew. Everyone would be smiling and having a great time and I'd be the one doubled over in the back huffing and puffing and giving Cathe dirty looks... especially when she's doing low ends.:7

I have noticed some of those eye rolls too. LOL! I can njust imagine some of the words running through their minds. Not a pretty picture!:D
 
LOL... I just finished MIC and that dark-haired woman on the second row to Cathe's right looks about how I feel. By the end, she is just slinging her arms not caring if they are going in the right direction or not. Yep, that's me. I desperately want to get started on my new w/o room so I can put up mirrors but a part of me is actually afraid of what I'll see!!!
 
I think they've all just learned how to grit their teeth prettily.
What I really like about Rhonda is that she will roll her eyes once in a while, or show how tough a move is. Wish she were in more workouts.
 
I see Brenda shaking her head in a few workouts. She still roughs it out though, so she's whom I look at when I'm having a hard time because I know she's in pain, but she keeps on going.

In CM, Brenda and Rhonda keep looking at each other and smiling during the levitation holds. I could probably guess what they were thinking.;-)

Yeah, I've noticed Brenda and Rhonda both making "I can't believe she just asked us to do that" kind of faces. Makes me feel better. LOL

I had to laugh... I've been trying to learn All Step (yeah, I'm a newbie) and there's that part toward the end where Cathe says something like "... or all you all just watching us while you suck down the water," and that was exactly what I was doing. Guilty!
 
I think there's one strength workout where I hear Cedie say "ow!" back there. Can't remember what they're doing, bicep curls on PUB maybe. That cracks me up.
 
And I want to know what Brenda says in L&G when they're on the floor going into that one stretch that causes everyone to laugh. Think she'll tell me on the roadtrip?
 
I think you're right on where you've heard that. They all make faces quite a bit. They're good-natured, but faces nonetheless...

Previewing High Step Challenge right now (got it in the mail today YAY) and they all kinda do it with their faces. I always think "thank goodness I'm not Cedie!" because I'd SO lose count with all the groaning and huffs and puffs.

You and me both AmyG. However, I admire Cedie a lot for that part in BC where Cathe is doing Ice crushers (I think?) and towards the last few, Cathe is starting to wither and Cedie does one more ice crusher than Cathe! Wow! I always try to do that one more too.

I don't have BC so I don't know what an Ice crusher is. It sounds really scary.
Most of her stuff sounds scary.
Most of her stuff is scary.

You know it's bad when they name them...but that's what makes it cool when you can do it!
