So where should I start today? KBs question...

I received my brand spankin' new KB and the beginner/AOS-2DVD set (called Kettlebell Training Clinic Volume 1) from Perform Better in the mail today.

I watched DVD 1 and was wondering before going on to the workouts on DVD 2, should my workout today be just messing with the tutorials for the various moves on DVD1 or should I just jump right in to DVD 2?

I certainly don't want to get hurt.

Please let me know what worked for you!

I haven't really seen the AOS Tutorial but I would strongly suggest that you practice first with DVD 1 before going on to the workouts. The dynamics of working with kettlebells are very different from anything I have ever done so I would err on the side of caution and get the form down correctly first.

I'm sure you won't have any problems but it's best to get the "feel" of them before going onto the workouts.

Nothing else is working for me right now - not weights or hopping around on the step like a jackrabbit on crack and I'm bored to tears with Cathe's DVDs (if you can believe that) - so I'm hoping for some new results to keep me motivated.
