So, what's the final verdict on Squeeze?

I've done this type of exercise before, so I know it works - hers is a good variation on what I know already works. Wait till you try the "Pretzel"!
 
I voted for nothing special. I do like it but in this type of workouts nothing beats iballet. I didn't send it back if it counts for anything! :)
 
I have a question: If I dislike the exercise that Cathe does, I think it may be on PLB, where you squeeze the stability ball with your inner thights, does that indicate that I might not like Squeeze? Thanks for any comments.
 
I don't think that it does, Nancy, because when I first got this workout, I didn't have a ball, therefore didn't do the exercises with one...and I could still feel it. I think that the majority of the 'squeezing' is mental attention and focus on the muscles you are using for that exercise.
 
I really liked it...Did it for the first time yesterday. You do not squeeze the ball...execept to kind of hold your legs in place, but that is not the point of that particular exercise. I have some DOMS today from the "L" and from the love handles section. This is also a good dvd if you travel a lot since you really don't have to have any equipment. Also got a great burn in my shoulders...only using 3# weights!

Actually, I do squeeze the ball, but I agree that the "L" move is killer!

Nancy, I haven't done PLB in a long time and am fuzzy on the stability ball work, but I'm thinking you might like these moves better since the ball is so much smaller.
